I am going back to school tomorrow and I signed up for a weightlifting and agility cl called bigger, faster, stronger. I am sort of apprehensive and nervous because for sports, I have only been in the weight room 3 or 4 other times. I don't know how to use the equipment, but I'm not sure the teacher will explain how to use the equipment because the cl consists of only other people that play sports and I imagine that they will know what they are doing. Custodial Father and Child Support?

I have had custody of my kids for 5 years. My ex has never payed child support and none has been ordered. Two years ago, the judge at the time told her he would wait till she was "on her feet". Sudden HARD irregular heart beats? Help!?

I am a 32 year old happily married mother of 5. I had a history of panic disorder after my 2nd daughter was born stemming from postpartum depression/psychosis. It resolved after a year, meds, and some therapy. I am typically a nervous person and I have palpitations or skipped beats that are very minor, feel like little flip flops of my heart and are just stress related. For the last couple days, last night being the worst, I had an episode like this: I was just sitting down at my Grandmother's deciding on dinner and a felt a huge thump in the middle upper portion of my chest like someone had kicked me there. It was obviously heart related, because it resembled a palpitation-only MUCH harder and stronger. I took some deep breathes, but it left some residual pain. Not the type you have from a heart attack-just nagging skeletal pain. I remained a little lightheaded and kinda shaky feeling but that was because it scared the begeesus out of me. An hour os so later, I felt another one, about half as strong. I took my benadryl for rest when I got home and feel asleep with no problem. I got up this morning to nurse the baby, and laid back down when I was finished. I then felt what seemed to be a few of the little flutters in a row in my heart that kinda took my breath for a few seconds. Again, obviously this has scared me to the point of asking for advice. This doesn't resemble the panic attacks I used to have. Anyone have anything similar and what was it or any advice for me? Thank you all, and God Bless you!~Taunya

Odd leak from ceiling?

the problem sounds like it's the overflow leaking. I mean that your hot water unit sits on a safe tray so if your unit springs a leak the water will not leak inside the roof. Hot water also expands and there will be a pressure relief valve that will let the pressure out as the water heats up. You said that it started leaking after the sparky fixed the wiring he could have put his big foot on the overflow pipe from the safe tray and cracked the joint between the tray and were it exits through the eves. If you look out the bathroom window when it is leaking you may see the overflow dripping as well. It sounds like you have a gravity fed hot water unit which means the hot water is not pressurised the cold water enters through a cistern just like the one on your toilet. If you can follow me so far than you know when your loo keeps on running and you can bend the arm down and it will stop than this is what you may have to do to the hot water unit or the aspro washer may need changing. Call a plumber first he should be able to fix weather it's the hot water unit or a roof leak. Water damage will only get worse the longer you leave it so get it looked at asap.

How do i know if i have endometriosis?

i have had unprotected for the years on end with no b/c and no other kind of prot. Never gotten pregnant. In feb of 2004 i took myself to the er for my " period" I was 2 months late for my period and all tests came up neg. then i finally got my period nad it lasted for 3 motnhs straight, heavy and lots of clots, so finally after my doctor suggested i went to the hospital, where they ran tests and said my hormone level was off and im lucky i didn bleed to death, my bllod level was at half of its normal number. Well they put me on b/c to stop the bleeding and i went back to normal after that. december of 2005, i went back to the hospital because i had very sharp pains in my lower abdomin, the kind that made me unable to move just double over in pain and cry!!!! they did a pelvic exam and said i should just take some ibuprofin and get some rest. i never had the pain again.....i ust found out im anemic from 2004 still.... could i have endometriosis, how do i know for sure?

First time snowboarding. What went wrong?

Well today I tried snowboarding at a resort and had 4 lessons prior and still fell a million times or at least that's what it felt like. Every time I tried to get back up on my board I'd eat snow. I am 16 years old 6'3 and 190 LBS.My shoe size is a 14. I rented out my equipment, and the boots fit well but my one question would be what size of board should I have been on? I was on a 155 Burton not wide when the people from the snowboard lessons said I needed a wide board and around 162-163. But when I rented the equipment the guy didn't ask me what board I wanted, he just handed it to me. So this led to a very unwanted experience. I fell on my wrists and arms very badly making them VERY sore. After the initial damage was done from falling so much I fell more which increased my damage to my arms/wrist. After that fear instilled me from the point on I was scared to go fast at all in fear of breaking a bone.I had the basics down but I was bailing every time I got up onto the board. Should I have just gone fast from the start? Or was it my fault because of me not exchanging my board for another. I definitely want to keep pursuing this sport because I love snow and the winter plus all my friends are amazing at it.

at first, yes, it is challenging. it is a big step from 6th grade, and a lot more is expected from you. but after the first couple of months, it gets easier. and about the bat/bar mitzvahs, they aren't every weekend. there are about 8-10 in one year. and most don't start until January or later anyway, and by then you'll be a pro at handling the work and going to parties.

I have 10 month old German Shepherd. He is 80 pounds and everyone thinks he looks skinny. I run my hands across his ribs and can't feel them unless I put pressure. I do not personally think he is thin but my parents do. Every time I go home from college they gripe at me that he is too thin. He is pretty active but not as active as most shepherds. He has a heart murmur and can't last long when he runs. There is a field where I live and I take him out and let him off leash to run and he can run around for 5 minutes tops so he is not overly active. I am currently feeding him Beneful twice a day and doing the amount on the back of the bag. I know Beneful is not the best dog food but right now it's all I can afford. 4 month old barely bats or grabs at toys but all other milestones have been met. Anyone else experience this?

The pediatrician at her 4 month appointment this week seemed to feel it was odd but just said that we will track it and wait and see if she is doing it by the 6 month appointment. Should I be concerned? I am so worried because I feel like everyone else I talked to has babies doing it at 3 months or even at 2 months! We began working with her this week on it and she seems to sort of reach and will eventually grab at a toy but it is an ever so slight movement and a very slow grab that makes me wonder if is it even purposeful. Interesting question. I think there are multiple reasons why people tend to sympathize more with female stars than male stars. First of all, in most , the woman is in a submissive, vulnerable position. Don't get me wrong, there are some soft-core movies that cater to females, in which this is not the case. However, in MOST mainstream , women are subjected to undeniably degrading treatment (*** shots to the face for example). A family member of mine was arrested today along with a 'friend' of his, supposedly for selling fake magic mushrooms to someone. This is not surprising, as it is something they have done before to fuel a drug habit. I don't know the details other than that; the kid who ran to my house to inform me is not the brightest of guys, so all I know is that he is arrested, and I'm pretty sure it's for the sale of fake mushrooms. Anyway, with one unrelated felony under his belt and a few other minor crimes, as well as the fact that he was about to be sentenced for said felony and was very likely to get off with only probation, what is going to happen to him? 8 month old java peahen layed an egg. She has no male. Do I move her to a male or let a male loose with he?

She is java green, the only males I have that I can let loose to free range with her are india blue. (dont have a java male at all). If I move her wont that upset her and she will stop laying? If I move the male wont that risk her laying in the bushes somewhere and getting eaten by coyote? And is it all totally irrelevant because I was told rarely a yearling peahen will lay fertile eggs but only late in the season and only exposed to an older male. Can't fix nitrite levels in 10 gallon guppy tank?

I have a 10 gallon tank with 2 guppies, one standard and one fancy. The tank is not heated but sits at around 80 degrees or so. When I originally set up the tank, all levels were fine. It has been 3 weeks and for about the last week and a half or so, the nitrite levels have been reading high. I have done several water changes of about 20%, I use aquarium salt, water conditioner, a treatment product which says it removes nitrites, nitrates, ammonia, chlorine, and chloramines and I also added a treatment product used to balance the ph and keep it at a set 7.0. All the products I have used are new, not expired, I do not over feed them- they get one small pinch of fish flakes once a day and I have them in a tank with proper filtration and aeration. I use a 5-in-1 test strip kit and the levels read as follows: Nitrates- Approx 10ppm, Nitrates- 6.0ppm, Hardness- 75ppm, Alkalinity- 140ppm and ph- 6.6-6.8. I have even tested my tap water to see if it was high in nitrites and it isn't. The results come up as next to nothing for nitrites. I don't know what to do. I've tried every suggestion and nothing has helped to change these levels. Am I getting incorrect readings? The water test kit says that it can be used for salt and fresh water tanks. I'm at a loss and I don't want these little guys to go towards that big fish bowl in the sky!!!

I'm sure you'll get plenty of school aid but this scholarship gives you a full ride anywhere so you'll get refund checks for the leftover amounts and not have to work to have spending money, more time for studies.

I am going into freshman football next year and think I am interested in playing defensive end. I am around 5'7" and 150 pounds. Last year was my first year and started at offensive tackle, so I have line man experience. I don't have a chance at offensive tackle next year because I will be too small, but I think I can make a deeper impact on the team as a defensive player. I am pretty strong and have muscular legs, so I think that would help out. My speed is quite good while sprinting, sometimes faster than the skill position players on my team, but quite bad when running long distances. Need TV code for my TV?

I have a millenium 4 Shaw Box which I am trying to set the shaw remote to the tv, but I can't figure out the code. My tv is a 27" Insignia. I tried going to the shaw website and enter my tv brand and the code it give me was 0171, which didn't work. I try entering that code multiple times and no luck. After that I try the searching for the code myself by hitting the power key and slowly alternating to the device TV on until my tv turns off, which i got from http://www.urcsupport.com/html.php?page_id=77, but after 10 minutes of alternating between the two ons my tv still didn't turn off. I'm not saying that I have Diabetes, but like I just want to know if I should go to the doctor and get tested for it. About the past year I've been getting like really low blood sugar sometimes.
