Is it possible for two men to use a surrogate and the baby be both of theirs?

Ok, so I have two characters, Zeke and Gabriel, who are a couple, and Zeke wants to have a kid, but obviously, seeing as they are gay, they can't unless they use a surrogate. But if two men use a surrogate, then the child will only belong to one of them biologically, right? Is there any possible way for a gay couple to use surrogacy and the child belong to both men biologically? I don't know why, but I'm really stuck on the child having to be both of theirs. I just won't have it any other way, lol. I'm so picky.
