Custodial Father and Child Support?

I have had custody of my kids for 5 years. My ex has never payed child support and none has been ordered. Two years ago, the judge at the time told her he would wait till she was "on her feet". She has since re-married(someone else, not me) and has had another child and plans on being a stay-at-home mom for the next 18 years. So her income is zero and has been zero and will continue to be zero. Financially me and the kids are doing fine. It just irks me a bit when I see her drinking $5 dollar lattes and I am drink reheat coffee from the previous morning. Maybe I am just being petty and need a reality check and should just be thankfully I got custody. The original order was in California and we all now live in Texas.
