How to get rid of severely chapped lips?

For the past few days my lips have been REALLY chapped. Not only are they chapped but are also swollen and cracked (16 cracks) is really bad looking and they sting horribly every time I move my mouth. I've tried everything. Carmax, Chapstick, Vasoline. I had some Burt's Bees but I ran out and I'm actually pretty sure that's when all of this started.
