I need some help, anyone that knows about copyright infringement?

There are a lot of websites out there that offer free music and album downloads for free, and that pisses me off because it takes away from that artist's possible revenue, I want to know a way to get these sites deleted. I see many of these sites are powered by BLOGGER and i try "flag blog", and it says to file a DMCA report, but... it can only be filed by legal copyright holders, so I'm powerless here. It's not like MySpace, where smart people can report copyright infringers, and have their page deleted. Someone please tell me what I can do. I've tried "copynot", and nothing was done after well over a year.
