Should i accept this trade offer?

i was offered carl crawford, milton bradley, and brian roberts for manny ramirez, jacoby ellsbury, mussina, and howie kendrick. should i just accept this, reject, or see if i replace justin upton for ellsbury and get j bay instead of bradley? i already have utley so roberts would be used as a backup or utility player. thanks
