How many people believe that an open relationship can work?

I most certainly agree. My partner and I knew from the start that although we loved each other, lust was bound to interfere. So we agreed that we would be honest and reveal everything to each other. We knew that these things were only "one-offs" and would make no difference. 44 years later, we're still happily together, and the "extras" have stopped.
