What is the song called that TV programs use constantly in programs like the Secret Millionaire?

They use it all the time in things like the secret millionaire and emotional things like that. All I know is that they only play the piano part of it, and it is quite slow. I caught the end of the thing on BBC one about Alesha a couple of days ago and it was playing during the closing titles. It's so annoying not knowing because before I got my new computer I had it and didn't bother transferring it over! Grrrr!!
