Poison dart frog lighting best answer to best explaination?

im getting 2 blue poison dart frogs at the expo. and a 18x18x18 exo terra tank. im also getting a 18 inch flourescent hood fixture. im keeping live plants in there ( pothos plant ) i wanna know wat kind of flourescent lighting i need. it has to be flourescent lighting. if u find it how much is it. also do i just need it for daytime right? and how long do i keep it on for. remeber im getting it at the expo. i need the best explanation for the lighting.
