Pregnancy or tumor/cancer question?

last night i pressed on one nipple and it secreted liquid. the other had more. i left one alone and i couldn't believe i was lactating. i had my last period the 9th of aug. and for the past two weeks i felt pregnant. i pee more often, a few days i have no hunger then i get cravings the next day or two after. i feel sick but didnt vomit anything. i didn't force myself to heave. but if i'm lactating, is pregnancy the only cause or is this just a "mid-cycle" thing? sometimes i can't sleep then i find myself very sleepy if i wait a few hours. the bed just dont feel comfortable. i been having mood swings. i think i'm not able to be pregnant. no kids so far and i dont care too but if i have one naturally, i'm keeping it.
