good point, well stated. Personally, i do both (answer both interesting and inflammatory ones), but i have noticed the genuinely good questions get less traffic. Like yours. I'll guess you'll get ten to twelve responses, towards the low end of the number-of-answers-spectrum. That's probably because you've asked one that requires a certain amount of thinking on the part of a certain party.
