What medicines should i take!?(need a QUICK answer, read details)?

Nyquil will not help your situation. If you take the Tylenol with Codeine for the pain that you have from the infection, it alone will knock down your cramps. If you want the effect of the Midol, then you should take 1 Tylenol with Codeine and one Midol, but don't take any more than that, or you will damage your liver.
