On The Apprentice, what did James say that Donald T didn't like?!?

On the finale, when The Donald was picking Stefani, he said that James had 'dialogue' he didn't like very much. What did he mean???? I don't remember James ever saying anything bad in any episode and this confused me. Any ideas?
